Coach Mama
Damien “Coach” Mama is a rare breed — a former NFL offensive lineman and elite line play technician with deep knowledge of both sides of the trenches. Born and raised in the Inland Empire, Damien made his name at St. John Bosco High School, where he anchored a perfect 16–0 national championship team and was ranked the #1 offensive lineman in California — and the top interior lineman in the nation.
He went on to start as a true freshman at USC on a full-ride scholarship, then leveled up to the NFL with the Kansas City Chiefs, New York Giants, and Dallas Cowboys.
After his playing career, Damien transitioned into coaching and mentoring, bringing a rare perspective from both the offensive and defensive line. His training style blends pro-level skill development with mentality work — teaching athletes how to think, move, and dominate like true trench warriors.
At AFI, Coach Mama is the force behind the grind — building legacy through technique, toughness, and that Day 1 work ethic that never lets up.
